It's interesting to guess where exactly things went wrong. I think at first Sergio was trying to be accepting of the feedback. "Tell that passenger to stop defrauding Uber!"
Then somewhere along the way, despite their attempts, they went into a full battle.
Winner = Passenger.
Uber was incessant and didn't drop it. Kept repeating the same thing. At any point, they could have just shut up, and this whole thing would have gone away. They should know how to de-escalate.
,...you know like the way the police doesn't.

Uber rep tried so hard to be noncombative. "We appreciate your professionalism..." "Thank you for your patience."
Touched this dude's nerve though. There was no taking this back.
LOL. "Stop sending me garbage cut and paste notifications."
This dude is a stud.
I wonder what Uber's response was after that.
