It's actually not 2 minutes for UberX and 1 minute for UberPool.

This was changed a while ago.  Maybe as part of Uber's "180-day to change" initiative.

      Oh, I had no idea. I was just complaining to Uber about this the other day. I still thought it was 5 minutes too. 2 minutes is super fast...

      Isn't this a system account managed by the administrators? It just collects and displays the anonymous questions asked by users who didn't leave a name.
