Last week in Part I, I wrote about the difference between Uber and Lyft’s pay structure when it comes to Uber’s Penny Surge (Flat Rate Surge) and Lyft’s PPZ (Personal Power Zones). Our scoreboard is Uber=2 and Lyft=0!
