  Wait, do you really hold your finger on it the WHOLE time?  So it's like a grenade.

  I seriously doubt I can hold my finger on it the whoe ride for several minutes.  I hit a bump and it'd call the police?  How easy is it to cancel a false alarm?

  Autonomous Robotaxis will just take over and all of this will be completely moot.  Just a section of a page in the history books.  "Remember those times when cars were driven by human beings and kept crashing into buldings?  There used to be all these rules about not driving drunk and applying for driver licenses?"  "Yeah, grandpa, tell us!"
