How to Change your Registered Uber City (for drivers)

Looking to drive for Uber in a new city? One great thing about being a rideshare driver is you can take your work with you when you move! Changing your registered city on the Uber app is relatively straight forward, simply follow these steps.

To change your city:

  1. Open your driver app.

  2. Navigate to Account > Help > Report an Issue > Account > Account Settings > I Want to Drive in a New City.



  3. When asked the question “What city or cities would you like to drive in?,” enter your new city.
