Uber is Making Big Changes in California for Drivers! Is all this due to CA AB5?
I welcome these changes over the past month culminating with commission caps at 25%, showing destination, bringing the old surge …
Sorry to say, if you've been deactivated permanently, you'll never get back on the platform legally. There's always Lyft
It is allowed, we're IC, can do what we want with our time but it's not good business since UBER pay for time is miniscule. Especially waiting for an hour is not normal.
If you want your food warm, got to go to the restaurant. UberEats is testing a format like Interpol, it is all up to their algorithms to decide who gets what first like UberPool, who gets picked up first and dropped off first.
Another money loser, both UBER and Lyft business model is like throwing spaghetti to the wall amd see what sticks
So you like the new weekly statement? You rather not know what the passengers pay immediately after your trip ends? You're in the minority on this issue!
I agree with you 100%
It'll take a while to get those stats but I definitely think pickup ETAs on short trips of any kind will go up tremendously unless Uber offers additional incentives to drivers like CRB or quests to take them on
Discriminate, how? Are you a driver? So, you’re fine with not having any information about the job you’re doing. You may be the only driver on the planet thinking that.
I agree, they said they’ll change it after I tweeted it but you’re right it shows exactly that
Read the article, it's all in there. However, UBER is known to put drivers in quiet timeouts
Thanks for reading the article, share with other drivers you may know
Thank you for reading and your input, please pass it on. Uber and Lyft boast of freedom and flexibility, well that's bunch of BS, where and when you drive is the most important thing to make money, not freedom and flexibility.
Please read the article and pass it on, thank you
Thank you for reading, I appreciate your input!
I agree, if all cars were autonomous, I wouldn't hesitate to get in one. Human driving habits are difficult to judge. I took a ride in a Lyft Aptiv car in Vegas, it took us 15 minutes to get from ine hotel to another, I got carsick to boot. Heavy breaking due to a very cautious software setup.
I agree, maybe my kids one day will get picked up by autonomous Uber cars, maybe even flying cars like the Jetsons 😆
Drivers are not hacking the system, it's very easy to create accounts on burner phones, it's been done in every city for a long time, it's just now coming to the surface.
It's not as difficult as you think, this happens in every city including where I drive Los Angeles. It's not a hack, Uber simply does not have systems in place to catch the fraudsters.
BI amd this guys have been doing articles for a while, definitely U/L shills
Car prices surging due to dynamic pricing
