Can drivers now have a 2 door car and driver for uber? I just saw an Uber car (had a sticker in the windshield) but it was a 2 door. I would hate squeezing in and out of one of those!

Nope, not allowed for regular Ubers. Current (2017) vehicle reuirements state that the driver must have a four-door vehicles for all Uber types!

But there are exceptions in certain regions. There are special Uber service types that only require 2-door vehicles. UberZip is an example here: https://ride.guru/lounge/p/what-is-uberzip. Also, Uber has allowed special sports cars for UberSelect in the past, such as Lamborghinis.

Here is an updated list (2018) of cars that are allowed by Uber on each service level.

Isn't there Uber for like super cars like Lambos and Ferraris? Those are two doors.

There are bunch of Teslas, but those aren't 2-doors.

Good point! ...but I think Uber EATS drivers are regular Uber drivers who happen to accept food pickup requests. Hence, even they are still held to the same car requirements!
There may be smaller Uber services aroudn the world though. For example, UberZip in India is meant to be for 2-door cars.

I driver for Uber X and you definitely need a 4 door vehicle. Maybe this was an Uber eats driver? Or a driver who just put his sticker on the wrong car.. lol

No, but occasionally it happens.
Some cars (like the Honda Accord, for example) come in both 2 door coupe & 4 door sedan versions. I think this is the most common explanation for most of the 2 door cars that slip through.
Are you sure? A couple months ago I had a 2-door Tesla pull up as my UberX in Boston. Not even a black car! I thought I just got lucky, but maybe the driver was bending the rules.
People with Tesla can do whatever they want. Their birthright.
