Uber has officially launched their new Uber Comfort Electric service in over 30 U.S. cities! Uber first announced plans for the new ‘Uber Comfort Electric’ service about 8 months ago, sharing that through a partnership with Hertz, drivers would be able to rent a Tesla for use on the Uber platform.
As of today, more than 15,000 drivers in 30+ cities, including Los Angeles, Houston, Boston, Chicago, Atlanta and Miami, have rented a Tesla through this program.
