When riding in any rideshare service, both passengers and drivers have the opportunity to rate each other after each ride. Uber has been through a lot over the past 6 months. Now, the company is looking forward to the future, and exploring ways to build up their reputation to what it used to be (and better). It only makes sense that this first step of reform is focused on the backbone of Uber’s business, their drivers.
