How to Perfect your Passenger Rating

When riding in any rideshare service, both passengers and drivers have the opportunity to rate each other after each ride. The ratings are usually out of five stars and allow services like Uber and Lyft to monitor drivers and passengers to make sure they are acting in accordance with rideshare policies.

For drivers, having a bad rating can determine your future with the company. For Uber and Lyft, when a driver rating goes below a certain threshold, your driver account is disabled. For passengers, you will not be able to use the service.

Lyft Creates New Partnerships Across Variety of Industries

Lyft is taking an active role creating partnerships with large organizations. Three of these most recent partnerships were with Amtrak, Taco Bell, and The Walt Disney Company.

At first glance, it seems like all of these companies are in completely different industries. They are, and in creating these partnerships, Lyft has found a way to present themselves as the rideshare company that does it all.

Uber has been through a lot over the past 6 months. Now, the company is looking forward to the future, and exploring ways to build up their reputation to what it used to be (and better). It only makes sense that this first step of reform is focused on the backbone of Uber’s business, their drivers.
