  That's a good point. If they can see the upcoming fares, the drivers may always wait around for longer more lucrative rides.  Not good.

   7 years ago in  Uber really should have an "opt-out" option for small talk...

  I am thinking this is an option to notify the driver to NOT make conversations during the ride?  I am gme with that.  Sometimes I appreciate friendly conversations, but sometimes I don't.  Maybe I want to just rest, read a book, do emails, etc.

  Is it true that people steal other people's Uber?  Wow, it's sorta genius. So they ride for a long time, and the charge goes to someone else.  Horrible.

  What's with the inflated scores? I honestly don't think 4-star is a bad score.  Look at Amazon.  4 is good!!  

  I have seen some drivers (I take Uber Black) who go way beyond their call of duty. What's wrong with them getting the 5-star and everyone else the 4?  Shouldn't they be rewarded for going the extra distance?  e.g. getting water bottles, providing WiFi, charge cables, etc?
